SOSecure Containment Swim Brief provides superior containment. Lightweight and stretchy, the adjustable hook & loop closure allows for a snug fit regardless of body shape. Although designed primarily for containment of solids, many customers find it useful for limited urinary incontinence. It also makes an excellent night diaper cover. Washable & reusable, the thin fabric fits discreetly under a swimsuit.

Nice snug fit

Have not had a chance to wear swimming yet but have used them as a diaper underliner. They fit snug, are very comfortable, and I like the way they secure the diaper in place. I give them a four star because after so long a time they did leak. Maybe I should have changed earlier and that would have avoided the problem. Another reason for the 4 is the flaps stick up on the end and do not lay in place flat.
