Requires more care

Requires more care than the regular cannulas. While they are definitely more comfortable than the regular cannulas, they twist at the neck very easily when active and need to untwisted. Learned the hard way when concentrator kept alarming. They need to be changed every 2 weeks to remain comfortable since they tend to get hard and uncomfortable to wear. That being said, I have no inclination to change to anything else.

Comfortable

Have been using these for about a year or more. They are much more comfortable than the other "unsoft" ones and don't leave indentations on your face. The only con is that they easily twist below the fit adjuster and, if not untwisted, will occlude oxygen flow.
