The Passy-Muir™ PMV Secure-It® Valve is a medical device designed to prevent valve loss during swallowing and speaking. It features a small ring that attaches the PMV to the trach tie, helping users maintain effective airflow control. Each PMV 2000, PMV 2001, and PMV 2020 comes with one PMV Secure-It valve, while packets of five are also available.
