Works as advertised

I have been using the Ombra for about two weeks now. and I am very satisfied with its performance. The pulse selection is especially helpful and the whole system is much more quiet than my previous nebulizer.

Ombré for nebulizing

I purchased the Ombra because my other compressor, which was the third like it that I have had, was petering out after use twice daily for three months- just as the others had.

The Ombra is stronger and more durable. I notice that the airflow is more forceful than my other, too. I like the design and the holding area for the cup.

The nebulizing cup gives the option of not having the vapor running unless you breath in, as well as a continuous stream. I did find that when I have the vapor running only when I breath in, the tubing gets filled with the moisture. When I have the cup set to stream vapor continuously, I have to hold a tissue underneath to catch it all. So I decided to use my PARI Plus LC nebulizing cup with this machine instead. I am able to breath in the vapor more deeply and expectorate more when using the PARI LC Plus cup. The Ombra compressor is definitely a good investment, however. I also like that it came with a package of extra filters.

Ombra table top nebulizer

I nebulize twice a day everyday and this unit works great for me. It releases a fine mist that penetrates deep into the lungs. I rely on it for better and improved lung health. It’s small enough to travel with me wherever I go. I can’t be without it so I always have a spare on hand.
