Didn’t get all of the order.

Bad, I ordered 3 boxes of 100. When I got my order I was missing 12 needles from one box. When called to ask to have my others sent I was told I could get $1.50 refund or pay to ship my box back and pay to ship the other new box to me, as they didn’t want to split a new box. Yet my box was obviously split. The issue was never really taken care if as what I ordered I didn’t actually get, and was kind of taken care of. They didn’t refund me for my shipping at all but yet I payed to have full boxes shipped.
