I purchased the Ombra Compressor to replace one supplied by my insurance and I am very pleased with this purchase. It is not as loud as the one I was using and treatments do not take as long. I like the fact that the air tubing attaches to the top of the unit because it is easier to attach and remove. I use the Aeroclipse nebulizer cups and this set up works quite well for me. I would definitely recommend this product and Save Rite Medical. Save Rite had the best price and my order was shipped extremely fast.
