I use this with 6% hypertonic saline. It's the only neb cup that keeps saline mist from floating all over the house, triggering my air purifiers to go on "high", fans a-screamin'. It does drip condensation so I use it with an Aerobika which (mostly) catches it before I drool down my front. It's boil-able for sterilization which I do every day now because I'm smart, or crazy, or both. 5 stars.

This thing supposedly improves my breathing while nebulizing hypertonic saline, allowing mucus to loosen and help clear my bronchiectasis-afflicted airways. But the main reason I use it is it catches drool and condensation that would otherwise fall on my shirt. 2 benefits in one! I boil it daily with the rest of my nebulizer parts because this disease has turned me into an OCD sterilization freak.
