Exufiber® Ag+ Antimicrobial gelling fiber dressing is intended to be used on medium to highly exuding wounds. It is suitable for leg and foot ulcers, including diabetic foot ulcers, pressure ulcers, surgical wounds, donor sites, partial thickness burns, malignant wounds and dermal lesions. It may be used under compression.
- Non-woven gelling fiber dressing with silver sulfate.
- High wet tensile strength to enable dressing removal in one piece.
- High retention capacity to reduce the risk of leakage and maceration.
- Absorbs and retains exudate, blood and bacteria.
- Kills a broad range of pathogens including vancomycin resistant enterococci (VRE) and MRSA.
- Hydrolock® Technology: Highly absorbent, even under compression.
- May be left in place for up to seven days.
- Sterile.
