Excellent product

Great Product - this is a great quality thermometer and at a good price.

Thermometers don’t work right

Both thermometers flash but the beep never goes off and after 5-10 minutes my temp only reaches 98.1 my normal is 99. My husband’s has only gotten to 97, these are with the probe covers on. This morning I did it with without probe cover and both times was 98.1, one time for 15 minutes which is way too long. Still looking for forehead thermometer. These thermometers also were not the Care Touch brand that I had ordered, did send pics of box. Covers weren’t in box but you took care of that as soon as I called so I really appreciated that. Just not happy that after sitting with thermometer in mouth for as long as 15 minutes not getting signal that it’s done and not a reliable reading.
